Due to current restrictions, as estate agents we are limited in what we can do as far as viewings are concerned in order keep you, our staff and our buyers safe and stick to the current government guidelines. However we are getting a surprising amount of property enquires, by no means as many as pre-lockdown but never the less there are people keen to view when the restrictions are lifted.

We will keep you updated on any viewing enquires we have on your property as we register them on our database. As soon as we are allowed, we will call all of you to get any viewings booked in. 

For those of you that are more technically advanced, we can arrange a video viewing hosted by yourselves, this can be done via WhatsApp video, FaceTime, Facebook Messenger video, Zoom and Skype, depending on what service suits both clients.

The most important things we can be doing at this moment is maximising the exposure of your property, which is why we have decided to upgrade your Rightmove Listing to ‘Premium Listing’ if they are not already. 

These have a RRP of £250 and can in some cases double your enquires and will be covering the cost. 

Please be assured we are working hard behind the scenes ready for when viewings are able to take place. All 10 of our branches phone lines remain open to ensure that we do not miss any potential opportunities. Although the branches aren’t “physically” open, someone will be on the end of the phone when required to help with any property enquiries.
