SEMI-DETACHED BUNGALOW IN A SOUGHT-AFTER BEVERLEY LOCATION WITH FLEXIBLE LIVING SPACE
Summary
This beautifully presented SEMI-DETACHED TRUE BUNGALOW is located in a quiet CUL-DE-SAC on the popular Model Farm development in Beverley. Thoughtfully reconfigured by the current owners, the property offers a MODERN KITCHEN, FLEXIBLE SPACIOUS LIVING AREAS, a DOUBLE BEDROOM, and a CONTEMPORARY EN-SUITE SHOWER ROOM. The LOW-MAINTENANCE GARDENS, GENEROUS DRIVEWAY, and NO ONWARD CHAIN make this home a fantastic choice for a variety of buyers.
Our Thoughts
This property is a real gem. Situated in a peaceful cul-de-sac, it’s clear that the current owners have put a lot of thought into making this home both stylish and practical. The kitchen is well-equipped with INTEGRATED APPLIANCES and plenty of easily accessed storage, while the living areas are cleverly designed to offer flexibility. The folding doors between the lounge and the additional living space are a great feature, allowing you to open up or separate the rooms as needed.
The outdoor space is just as impressive. The front and rear gardens have been designed with ease of maintenance in mind, featuring ARTIFICIAL TURF, STEPPING STONE PATHWAYS, and a PERGOLA-COVERED SEATING AREA. The three SHEDS, all with power, lighting, wifi and mobile services offer a multitude of uses.
This property is ready to move into, with no onward chain to complicate the process. It’s ideal for a range of buyers, whether you’re looking for your first home, downsizing, or simply want a home in a great location with everything Beverley has to offer on your doorstep.
Owner's Thoughts
We’ve loved living here and have put a lot of effort into making this home work for us. The layout has been adapted to give us more living space with the folding doors between providing great flexibility, particularly when used for dining occasions, study or bedroom. The kitchen is a delight with its abundance of natural light, and its modern design with integrated appliances making it a pleasure to use.
The garden has been designed to be as low-maintenance as possible, to give more pleasure with less pain, and is a sanctuary of privacy. The pergola is a lovely spot to sit and relax, and the sheds, currently storage, office/hobby and utility spaces, have been so useful.
We’ve also appreciated how much natural light the property gets throughout the day, thanks to its east-west position. The location has been perfect for us, with easy access to Beverley town centre and great road links. We’re only moving because it’s time for a new chapter, but we’re sure the next owners will enjoy living here as much as we have.

What Contract Ready Means for You — the Buyer
When a seller is Contract Ready, it means all the key legal documents are prepared before a sale is agreed, so everything’s ready to go as soon as the offer is accepted, with no cost to you.
This includes:
• Proof of ownership and authority to sell
• Seller’s Property Information Forms (TA6, TA10)
• Draft contract of sale
Your solicitor usually receives the full legal pack within 48 hours, so they can get to work immediately.
How this helps you:
• Reduces the number of enquiries going back and forth
• Smoother and potentially quicker sale
• Lowers the risk of the sale falling through
Important Buyer Information: To progress your offer, we are legally required to verify your identity, confirm your source of funds, and assess affordability. This process incurs a fee of £50 (inc. VAT) for sole buyers, or £100 (inc. VAT) for joint buyers, regardless of the number of individuals involved.
