The Rated People report found a massive 419% increase in demand for roof insulation and a 404% jump in demand for electric car charging points. Heat pumps and new windows have also seen a rise in popularity.
Buyers love eco-friendly improvements as it may mean cheaper, green mortgages, which immediately make a property more attractive.
