Once they were lined up to buy Dunscombe Park, we needed to find someone to buy Lilac Avenue - the race was on! We managed to secure this sale for them for 109% of the asking price.

The extra they got in their pocket meant they were happy to pay 107% of the asking price on Dunscombe Park.
